Shauna's energy hits the room before she does but when it's time to train, it's game on. She's tough, knowledgeable, and fiercely committed to pushing you past your limits while making sure you never feel alone in the process. As a qualified Sports Therapist and years of hands-on experience, she combines expert knowledge with real-world results. As our lead Spin Instructor, head of Run Club and only female coach, she doesn't just train hard—she trains smart. With a deep understanding of the body and a sharp coaching eye, Shauna understands the unique journey of a woman's body—its cycles, strengths, and challenges.

Her motto? You don't have to go fast, you just have to keep going.
